MEMBER SERVICES REP III

The Position:

Reporting to the Member Services Supervisor, the position has responsibility for performing a variety of cash and non cash transactions and responsible for consistently providing excellent member service. The successful candidate will be focused on opening accounts, processing deposits, withdrawals and investments. The candidate should have some experience working with investment and retirement products.

The candidate will provide leadership to other Member Service Reps related to technology, branch security and sales and service.

The Person:

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 -3 years experience in a similar role within a credit union. Candidate must be prepared to enroll in credit union specific courses to assist in excelling in this position. A self motivated, proactive individual, the candidate is highly organized and possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of the eroWorks banking system will be considered an asset.

Casera Credit Union is seeking a permanent, full time Member Services Representative. Qualifications should include: excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, excellent sales and service skills with the ability to provide members with a wide variety of services related to the promotion and sales of deposit products and services, proficient mathematic and computer skills, and grade 12 education.
