If your mortgage is renewing at another financial institution, Casera Credit Union Limited will pay the transfer fee, as well as the registration fee at the Winnipeg Land Title Office. If a member decides to transfer their mortgage before the maturity date, the member(s) is responsible to pay the penalty fee.
