Incorrect service fee applications for February 2024

Due to an unforeseen issue, month-end service charges for Casera chequing and savings products are not applying correctly to member accounts. This applies to both retail and business products.

We are actively investigating the issue and a correction will be applied to your account. Month-end fees will be adjusted and/or applied—depending on circumstance—back-dated to February 29, 2024.

Unfortunately, these fees will not show on February 2024 statements but will be present in online banking transaction history. We will update information when the correction has been applied. March 2024 statements will include adjustment transactions.
