Round the clock online banking.

CU@HOME® is an online banking service that is easy to navigate and secure enough to use anywhere. All you need is a personal computer with access to the Internet, your Casera MEMBER CARD® and a Personal Access Code (PAC). CU@HOME® is available through our website, caseracu.ca.

Enhanced Security

For enhanced online security, CU@HOME® uses Increased Authentication in the login process. This feature, which provides an additional layer of protection against phishing scams, requires you to select three challenge questions upon registration. When you subsequently log into online banking, you will be required to answer one of the challenge questions, and enter your PAC.

You can speed up the login by registering your computer. Registering your computer means that when you log in from a registered computer, you do not have to answer a challenge question before entering your PAC.

Registering your home or personal computer is highly recommended, however, you should not register shared or public computers. Cookies are used to identify registered computers. If you clear the cookies, you will have to re-register your computer.

Casera CU Mobile is free to use on iOS and Android™ devices, easy to navigate and highly secure (it uses the same level of high security as our full online banking website). There are no passwords to remember, and all account login information is the same as your online banking information.

Snap and send – the new way of depositing cheques.

With Deposit Anywhere™, you can deposit cheques (in Canadian dollars and drawn on any Canadian financial institution) quickly and securely from anywhere and at anytime. Just take a photo of a cheque and send it directly to Casera via an iOS or Android™ mobile device.

Secure and easy to use, mobile banking offers real-time access to your accounts. Mobile banking works on all cell phones that can send and receive text messages.

There are no service fees, however, based on your carrier and cell phone plan, standard text message rates may apply.

If you are already registered to bank online at Casera you can start using Mobile Web right away. There are no downloads or installations required to utilize the service. Mobile Web is optimized for smartphones with web browsers (for example, a Blackberry, iPhone or Android device).

Direct Alerts Expand/Collapse

We are committed to keeping your accounts safe.

Direct Alerts notifies you by text message or email when important changes occur to your online banking information. These alerts allow you to identify and report potential fraudulent activity as soon as it happens.

Benefits Features
Peace of mind You will receive an alert whenever:
•  a new bill payee is added to your vendor list
•  your personal access code is changed through online banking
•  there are three unsuccessful attempts to login to your account
